A few things to know before you pack your sense of adventure.
How many people do we need to book?
Each package has a minimum booking of 3 people. Tell us the number of adults and children so we can confirm the correct group quote.
Can children take part?
The supplied child rates apply to children above age 7: USD 20 for rafting, USD 20 for canyoning, and USD 50 for abseiling. Please share each child’s age. Activity suitability and eligibility must be confirmed by the team; a price listing does not guarantee participation.
Is transport included?
Yes. Transport to and from Forest Edge Hotel is complimentary with each listed package. Please confirm your pickup time with us. Other pickup locations are not included in this offer.
What should we bring?
Plan for getting wet: comfortable quick-drying clothing, secure footwear suitable for water, a towel, and a change of clothes. Ask the team for the activity-specific kit list before travelling.
Do I need previous experience?
Tell us about your swimming confidence, previous experience, and any concerns. The team will confirm whether the activity and conditions are suitable for your group before a booking is agreed.
What happens if the weather changes?
Activities depend on weather, river levels, and site conditions. Check with the team before you travel. Operating arrangements and any rescheduling or refund terms must be confirmed directly.
How do I confirm a booking?
Send your package choice, preferred date, and group details on WhatsApp or call us. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. The team must confirm availability, final pricing, and booking arrangements.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation, payment, and rescheduling terms are to be confirmed by Forest Edge Adventure before you book. Please ask for the terms that apply to your date.
What is included in the price?
The activities described for your chosen package and return transport to Forest Edge Hotel are listed inclusions. Confirm equipment, guidance, taxes, meals, and any other inclusions with the team before booking.
